We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your scheduled cleaning to request a refund.
To start the refund process, you can contact us at info@premiertrashbin.com.
IF a return has been requested due to an attempted delivery: after we have incurred the costs to arrive to clean the bins, we reserve the option reject the refund request or allow for a partial refund
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@premiertrashbin.com.
